Do you have a showroom/premises open to the public without prior appointment?
Yes, our premises/showroom at 11 Bruce Street, Belfast, BT2 7JD is open 9am – 5.30pm daily with an extensive range of furniture products on display. Visitors welcome to come in and browse without prior appointment. Staff on hand to demonstrate furniture products, offer advice on ranges available and provide quotations for individual items and projects alike. On site parking can be arranged if advised in advance of visit.
What is the lead time for most products?
Desking can be supplied with 7-10 working days. Some task seating held in stock for immediate delivery. Executive furniture and boardroom tables – selected items available with 10-14 days. Special colours/fabrics for furniture projects available within 4-5 weeks from date of order.
How do I get more information about your products?
Once you have found a range of product that you like and require guidance on prices, finishes and availability. Feel free to give us a call at 02890333435 (Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm) or email us at info@desksinternational.com and we will help you out with queries.
Can you send a swatch card for me to confirm the finish of a product?
No problem to send swatch cards/samples so you can match accurately with your décor. You may place a request by calling or emailing us on 02890333435 or info@desksinternational.com
Can you visit our premises to discuss our project and provide space planning?
A site visit can be arranged. Recommendations of the range of furniture that will best suit your style and within budget can be offered. CAD drawings (if available) can assist to provide preliminary space planning solutions.
Do you offer installation/delivery service?
Yes, we do provide an installation service.
What is the guarantee for your products?
All products have a guarantee ranging from 3-10 years depending on the product. Our products are of a high quality and life span expectancy is normally 5 years +.
What is your order process?
a. Place an order and confirm payment of deposit.
b. Goods shipped as fast as possible or planned to arrive for a specific date on project schedule.
c. Regular email update on status.
d. Installation/delivery pre-booked by mutual agreement.
Do your prices include VAT?
VAT at current rate of 20% will be added to your order.
How do I make a payment for an order placed with you?
We provide customers with multiple methods to make a payment for orders placed. Our Bank details provided for BACS transfer. Card payments by contacting our office directly on 02890333435.
